Il carro, the lullaby of Eva Geist. Written in collaboration with Grossi Maglioni. 11.07.2022
As part of the exhibition “Il giardino libernautico” Fondazione Baruchello presents Il carro (The wagon), the lullaby by Eva Geist with the participation of the artistic duo Grossi Maglioni.
Eva Geist will offer a selection of listenings from her experimental research repertoire and will exclusively present the lullaby entitled Il carro. The piece originates from the collaboration between Eva Geist and Grossi Maglioni, linked to the work Sono un unico pianeta sentire, in the exhibition “Il giardino libernautico”. Il carro is structured as a sound research close to the themes investigated by the artistic duo around the project Beast Mother, a work whose aim is to reflect on the iconography of the mother and motherhood connected to elements taken from the animal world.
